About The Recovery Center

The Recovery Center, located in Wichita Falls, TX, has served clients from throughout the state of Texas as well as Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico for over 15 years. We believe that treatment held in a setting that is similar to home increases our clients’ chances for maintaining recovery after leaving the facility. That’s why The Recovery Center provides a comfortable, home-like environment for those seeking treatment for addiction issues.

Our treatment approach is tailored to each unique situation and we strive to fully address the needs of each individual in our care.

Our Mission

To provide superior quality healthcare services that patients recommend to families and friends, physicians prefer for their patients, purchasers select for their clients, employees are proud of and investors seek for long-term returns.

Patient Satisfaction Rating

The staff at The Recovery Center would like you and your family to have the best possible experience while in our care. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.

A patient satisfaction survey is given to patients after receiving care, and these surveys provide The Recovery Center with important feedback regarding our services. The survey asks patients to score the statements related to the care they received on a 1 – 5 scale, with 5 = strongly agree and 1 = strongly disagree. Here’s how patients rated us in April 2019.

Overall Rating: 4.78/5
